The Government of Maharashtra, vide notification No. RNI No. MAHENG /2009/35528 has amend “The Maharashtra State Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments (Amendment) Bill, 2023 (L. A. Bill No. XIII of 2023)”, which introduced in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly on the 20th March 2023, with effective from 1st April 2023.
